Rooted Poplar Homes - Ten Over Studio

This project brings environmentally sustainable, permanently affordable homes to Southwest Bend. I was part of the team designing seven net-zero 2-story homes, each thoughtfully crafted for livability and sustainability. Community features like permeable paving, EV and e-bike charging stations, shared gardens, and common areas foster connection while supporting a greener lifestyle.
