Baker Mixed Use - Cole Architects

As job captain for this mixed-use project in Sisters’ historic district, I led coordination across client, city, county, and construction teams while managing BIM workflows. Tight site constraints and layered code requirements challenged us to find creative solutions—from fire-rated assemblies to clever landscaping adjustments. The result is a building that balances historical context, practical needs, and thoughtful design, all while solving tricky on-site challenges like stormwater management.
